Yirgacheffe Aricha

Over 1,700 producers in the Gedeo zone of the Yirgacheffe region are producing coffee at very small scales—some even in their backyards alongside other native trees. 

Grown in volcanic soils at extremely high elevations of over 2,000 meters, this coffee gains intense clarity and a bright acidity in the cup. During the natural drying process, the coffee seeds absorb sugars from the pulp, creating a sweet, fruit-forward profile. 

These little gems are roasted to bring out notes of blueberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and chocolate.
